This is needed to run and secure the website.<\/p><h3>Statistics and measurement<\/h3><p>Only with your consent do we collect statistics on website use and on the effectiveness of our campaigns (see section 6).<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"purposes\"><h2><span>03<\/span>Purposes and legal bases<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Answering requests, preparing quotes and organising your journey<\/strong>: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Accounting and legal obligations<\/strong>, such as keeping business records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Website security and operation<\/strong>: legitimate interest in a safe and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Statistics and advertising measurement<\/strong>: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/li><\/ul><p>We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not sell your data.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"providers\"><h2><span>04<\/span>Providers and recipients<\/h2><p>We share data only when necessary and with providers who process it on our behalf:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Swiss Web Studio<\/strong>, Locarno (Switzerland): technical management, maintenance and managed hosting of the website, on servers of <strong>Infomaniak Network SA<\/strong>, Geneva (Switzerland).<\/li><li><strong>Email provider<\/strong>: receiving form requests and emails.<\/li><li><strong>WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.)<\/strong>: only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp; WhatsApp\u2019s own privacy policy then also applies.<\/li><li><strong>Google Ireland Ltd.<\/strong>: Google Analytics and Google Ads, only with your consent.<\/li><li><strong>Authorities<\/strong>: where required by law.<\/li><\/ul><p>The website\u2019s fonts are served from our own server, so a visit sends no data to Google Fonts.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"abroad\"><h2><span>05<\/span>Transfers abroad<\/h2><p>We process data mainly in Switzerland. Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may also process data in the United States or other countries. Such transfers go to countries with adequate protection, for example under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or rely on standard contractual clauses.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"statistics\"><h2><span>06<\/span>Cookies, statistics and advertising<\/h2><p>Technical cookies needed for the website are always active. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement are only enabled after you consent. They show us which pages are useful and how many quote requests and clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons come from the website and our campaigns. If you also accept the \u201cAdvertising\u201d category, Google may also use this data to show you relevant ads on other websites.<\/p><p>Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the \u201c<a href=\"#cookie-preferenze\">Cookie settings<\/a>\u201d link at the bottom of the page.
