Transfer conditions
- Published prices apply to standard daytime transfers from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, on the routes listed.
- Night transfers and transfers on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: tailored quote.
- Prices are per vehicle and per single journey, not per passenger.
- V-Class Extra Long Comfort for 1–4 people: on specific request for this vehicle, subject to availability; V-Class Extra Long Groups for 5–7 people. The Mercedes V-Class Extra Long is available from 15 November 2026.
- Luggage in the V-Class Extra Long on agreed-price transfers: a particularly spacious boot, whose actual capacity depends on the size of the luggage. Up to five ordinary pieces of luggage are included. Additional or particularly bulky luggage must be notified and assessed before confirmation. On metered rides, the 2 CHF supplement per piece applies.
- Prices for the standard transfer include the mandatory components for the route. Stops, detours and optional services are quoted before confirmation.
- Waiting time included: 60 minutes from the actual landing for airport transfers; 10 minutes for other transfers, unless otherwise agreed. Extra waiting costs 80 CHF per hour, charged pro rata by the minute. For airport transfers, Taxi Dome checks the status of the flight provided by the customer, so the service can be organised taking any delays and changes to the arrival time into account; a flight delay is not automatically treated as a no-show.
- Cancelling airport transfers, private transfers and long-distance journeys: free at least 24 hours before; less than 24 but at least 12 hours before, 50% of the agreed price; less than 12 hours before or for a no-show, up to 100%.
- Cancelling pre-booked local metered rides: free up to 60 minutes before; for a late cancellation or a no-show, an amount in proportion to the costs incurred may be charged, especially if the vehicle has already been sent.
- A 20% deposit may be requested on confirmation and is deducted from the final price. Specific terms may be agreed in the written confirmation for special services. Details in the Terms and conditions.
- Prices may be updated; the price that applies is the one confirmed when you book.
Other destinations and local rides
Fixed prices cover the main routes. Taxi Dome travels to any other destination in Switzerland and abroad, even if it is not in the price list: price on request. Local taxi rides, such as Locarno–Ascona, are charged by the meter.

Booking information
- The price is communicated and agreed before the booking is confirmed; availability and feasibility depend on the requested itinerary.
- For Genoa, please state the terminal or port; for Venice, the road transfer ends at the agreed arrival point that can be reached by car (lagoon excluded).
- For international journeys or special itineraries we check the route, documents and service conditions in advance.
- Fixed prices apply to the routes in the tables above. For other destinations, request a quote; local rides are charged at the metered rates.

- Longer journeys or trips with several stops: assessed individually.
Service by reservation and subject to availability. Amount, route, stops and waiting time are agreed before confirmation and set out in the written summary, with the price of each leg.

Request a quoteQuote and booking
Tell us your pick-up, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, preferred vehicle category and, for airport transfers, your flight number. If you also need the return, say so in your request. Sending the form is not a booking: the ride is booked only once Taxi Dome confirms it.
Waiting time
With the metered taxi, waiting costs 80 CHF per hour. Airport transfers include 60 minutes of waiting from the actual landing time, other transfers 10 minutes, unless otherwise agreed. After that, waiting costs 80 CHF per hour, charged pro rata by the minute. A flight delay is not automatically treated as a no-show.
Cancellations
Airport, private and long-distance transfers: free cancellation at least 24 hours before; with less than 24 but at least 12 hours’ notice, 50% of the agreed price is charged, and with less than 12 hours’ notice or for a no-show up to 100%. Pre-booked local metered rides: free cancellation up to 60 minutes before. Details in the Terms and conditions, section 6.
Return journeys and collaborations
Return trips, regular clients and hotel/business partners: price and terms are agreed individually before confirmation, airport transfers included. WEF and major events are quoted separately.
