A well-organised airport transfer starts with a few clear details: where to meet, which flight you are taking and how many people are travelling. Whether you are leaving the Locarno area or coming home, having these details ready makes it easier to request a quote that fits your journey.
1. State the airport and your departure point
Share your departure address and the airport you are flying from. Milan Malpensa, Linate, Bergamo and Zurich each have a dedicated page: giving the terminal, if known, helps define the drop-off point. For an airport pick-up, also give your final destination in the Locarno area.
Read about airport transfers from the Locarno area and choose the page for your destination.
2. Share your flight and times
Include the date, flight number and expected time. If you have an appointment or a deadline to meet, mention it in your request. The meeting point and pick-up time are agreed for your journey: check the conditions for delays and waiting before confirming.
3. Count passengers and luggage
Give the number of adults and children, along with the amount and type of luggage. If you need child seats, let us know in advance. For skis, bikes or bulky equipment, specify size and quantity: the vehicle and equipment must be checked before the transport is accepted.
4. Describe your return too
If you would like to arrange both legs, add your return flight details and final address. You can mention any stops or special requirements so we can discuss them together with the route and the quote.
5. Check the quote before confirming
Ask which conditions apply to waiting, changes and cancellations, and check what the price includes. Filling in the form is a request: the ride is agreed only after confirmation by Taxi Dome.
